I think the labor rate you charged me to replace my condenser is RIDICULOUS. My attorney charges me the same thing. 966$ for labor only is a rip off, and I know it didn’t take the service tech 6.9 hour condenser is RIDICULOUS. My attorney charges me the same thing. 966$ for labor only is a rip off, and I know it didn’t take the service tech 6.9 hours to do it unless I paid for his/her coffee breaks and lunch hour. I had an oil change also, and the next day my sensor tells me I need windshield washer fluid.. I asked your tech guys to make sure my car was ready for a long 600 miles road trip I was taking as a single Mom with two small kids and they tell me the car is ready... apparently no one looked at the washer fluid which tells me no one looked at anything. I don’t think you guys used synthetic oil in my car (based on what you charged for oil) if you really even changed the oil. I would have preferred the option at least... after walking out the door at almost $1500 for AC condenser and an oil change and almost a 1000$ of that was labor... then I had to top off my windshield washed fluid myself. I think you guys stink!!!! More
