I’ve never seen such a bunch of unhappy people. No one smiled or said hello when we came in. We had to approach a service advisor and start the conversation AND she still never smiled or looked happy; we smiled or said hello when we came in. We had to approach a service advisor and start the conversation AND she still never smiled or looked happy; we were the only people who were there at that time so it wasn’t like there were a bunch of customers standing there. My husband asked about a tail light and was never SOLD anything- we were told to buy a light and then he had to ask them to add it to our service. Our ticket also said something about customer declining cabin air filter replacement BUT we were never advised on this, asked if we wanted it done, or even told it might be time to do it. I’ve been a service advisor and I know it’s not always fun, but this was the worst bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with. If it were not for the free oil changes I’d have my husband take his truck to Honda, which is where I take my car. More
The parts department did not have the $49 part to repair my truck but I was charged $139 to diagnose a problem which they could not fix. I would have gladly had them repair the truck but they had not proper my truck but I was charged $139 to diagnose a problem which they could not fix. Asked if the part was available at a nearby dealership and was told No. Their fault but I was charged. Poor customer service. More

This dealership is new in Forsyth. The facility was very clean and inviting. All of the staff and salesmen were very courteous and knowledgeable.
