I'll start this by saying my sales lady Heather was excellent, very professional, friendly, and works to get you a great deal on your new vehicle purchase!!! Then you have to consider the after-sale. I received a coupon for $20 off oil change, but only on I received a coupon for $20 off oil change, but only on a certain vehicle. I took it in for an oil change and gave the coupon to the service writer. I received a coupon for $20 off oil change, but only on a certain vehicle. I took it in for an oil change and gave the coupon to the service writer. When I paid the bill for $50, I assumed the filter was not considered part of the oil change. When I got home and reviewed the bill, I realized they had not given me credit for the coupon. I went back to the dealership. The Assistant Service Manager, Tommy Mullis, who had written up the visit, toll me they had given me credit that a oil change was normally $69.99. I pointed out that there sign said $59.99. He looked at the bill again and admitted they had not given me credit. "BUT" he could not do anything about it now, since I had already paid the bill. When he say the anger welling up in my face he said he would give me a tire rotation next time I cam in. I had also received a scratch-off flayer, that said I could have won $20,000. I normally do not fool with this type of "Hooyee" but since I was going back up there anyway I took it with me. The person who met me at the door wanted me "sit down do some paper work", which consisted of finding out what I was driving, and did I want trade it in on a new car. I was ok to this point, but when I told him I just wanted my prize I had won, he did not look up anything related to my number, he just picked up a coupon for $20 gas. When I ask about him not looking up my number, he replied " that's what most people get". And to top it all off, I had to fill out the coupon and mail it in to get the actual voucher. More
