They sold me a car with a broken radio without informing me. When I test drove the car, the sales person rode with me so I didn’t even turn on the radio. They said they had the car detailed and would have i me. When I test drove the car, the sales person rode with me so I didn’t even turn on the radio. They said they had the car detailed and would have it cleaned again before I left with it but it still had smoke residue on the windows, dash, seats, and seat belt. I have easily cleaned it myself with some elbow grease so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have done that like they said. I’ve been in touch with the service department several times since I bought the car at the beginning of August. I called 3 times the first week and they kept saying someone would call me the next day and they didn’t. They finally got the parts ordered to fix my radio and said they would call me on Monday or Tuesday to let me know when I could bring my car in. I never heard from them and called on Thursday just to find out the part is on back order and won’t be here until next week. No one ever called to let me know. I can understand that these things happen but the lack of communication and failure to follow through on commitments has me feeling very disappointed that I used this dealership in the first place. More

They had my car for 2 weeks before they even looked at it even though I had an appointment.
