I wish I could rate zero "0" stars. Dealer deserves 0! Complete was of time at this dealership. Very unprofessional experience. From the moment of my initial contact thru email to the end of my visit 0! Complete was of time at this dealership. Very unprofessional experience. From the moment of my initial contact thru email to the end of my visit was not positive! We had emailed back & forth and eventually agreed to a price, I even got it in writing. When It was time to sign paperwork for the final leg of the transaction, management decided not to honor the pricing we had agreed to. Gave a story of how they are loosing money and they just cant sell the car for the price we agreed on. Remember, we got it in writing with a total breakdown. We spent so many hours here, just wish they told us from the start that they couldn't sell the car for the price we all agreed on. To make matters even more infuriating, not one apology was given, especially by my sales representative. This establishment is NOT HONEST & DOES NOT HONOR their own deals they agree on. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL INSTANCES. Sure, they can respond to this complaint but matter is they lost me & many customers. I will have no problem telling my friends & family to avoid this dealership.
