We were there to have our first service visit on our Passat. We were greeted by Sean who was warm and friendly. Sean explained everything that he was going to do and approx how long it would take. I had a question about my brakes squealing, he didn't just say it was normal, he explained to me why it was happening, which I appreciate. Sean pointed us in the direction of coffee and within 45 minutes the car was ready. Sean told us if we had any questions or concerns that we should call him and he'd be happy to answer any questions we had. Our experience with Sean reinforced our opinion that we made the right choice buying our Passat from Atlantic. The free car wash was very nice too!! More

Joe was honest with me in telling me what my car would need and was very friendly and has a nice sense of humor. While getting serviced I was greeted by Jim Doyle who is quite friendly and down to earth. He gave me a few tips on the kind of car to buy when it comes to driving local versus distance. After we finished Nadia assisted me with finding a book and it turned into her showing me around and giving me more insight into the types of deals they have(especially since I am a year out of college, with loans, and building my credit). Although I was not looking for a car at the time I will be in the next two years or so and definitely will be going back to them. More

I was very pleased with the sales and service. I have purchased alot of cars and was never more relaxed and comfortable with my sales women.
