The service at Atlantic Volkswagen has always been top notch in the two years that I have owned my car. We purchased 2013 GTI VW on June 30. Sales person Nadia assisted us. We agreed on the price of new car and price on car that we wanted to trade-in. Than we have to wait for financial manager to sign the co assisted us. We agreed on the price of new car and price on car that we wanted to trade-in. Than we have to wait for financial manager to sign the contract for more than 4 hours. By the time when he called us to his office we were tired of hours we spend in the dealership. Make the long story short, financial manager John Rodriguez added additional 2 thousand dollars to the prise we agreed with sales person. We realized it after when we got a bank statement. This is not our first car but we never had experience like this. Now we tried to correct some mistakes and went to talk to him. He tried to bull us again with his explanation how it is works with banks when we takes a loan. Awful experience. More
