My experience was wonderful, from the first phone call to picking up my vehicle. I work a 9-5 and don't have the time to go after work hours, so it is super convenient that Atlantic Volkswagen has a shuttle picking up my vehicle. I work a 9-5 and don't have the time to go after work hours, so it is super convenient that Atlantic Volkswagen has a shuttle service that can pick me up and drop me off to and from work while my car is being serviced. And they are incredibly fast with service too. I have always had my car ready and raring by lunchtime. The staff is incredibly friendly and well-mannered and understood my needs and explained things that I didn't truly understand(like what a bubble in your tire is). Also, both drivers were great, though I cannot remember the other drivers name! They kept light conversation going the entire time and made me feel comfortable for the trips back and forth from work. Smiles all around in the service department and that's rare now adays! I will definitely continue servicing my vehicle with Atlantic Volkswagen and letting others know about the great experiences. While my 2006 vehicle was not bought at Atlantic, this is where my car gets serviced by choice. I highly recommend working with Sean! Extremely easy going experience all around at Atlantic VW. Jim Doyle was my first point of contact at the dealership and although i did not have my heart set on a VW (or any other used car by that matter) VW. He did right for me and kept his promises on my purchase of a 2010 Tiguan. In the last two weeks I've dealt with the parts department as well as service just to get a feel for the overall product the dealership offers and I can say that everyone from Anthony in parts, Sean in service and Jim in sales (as well as the finance dept) has been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Coming from a Japanese automobile I was hesitant to own a German car but all I can say so far is that I am happy with my purchase and the overall customer service and experience so far at Atlantic VW.
