I saw a car online, went there, they got the keys rig I am a new customer of Atlantic Volkswagen in West Islip & am very happy & would recommend them. I saw a car online, went there, they got the keys right away, showed me the car & I took it for a test drive. They handled everything like calling the insurance company to switch the insurance & printed out a carfax so I knew all the info about the car & answered all of my questions so I felt comfortable about buying a car here. Before I went back to pickup the car they called to confirm & that day had the car all ready for me. The place itself is so clean, everybody is professional & so friendly. They offered coffee, tea, hot cocoa more than once. These are people who understand that buying a car is a major purchase not people who just want to make a buck & don't care. I bought a beautiful 2008 yellow beetle. They also sent a thank you email & called a few days later to see how I was doing with the car. So if you are looking to buy a car I would definitely go to Atlantic Volkswagen! :) More

I'm not a happy customer. Worse mistake I made in my entire life. They sold me a truck they used for test drive (I didn't know, until after I signed the papers for it and the t Worse mistake I made in my entire life. Big mistake, I should have never settled with it... I was a total fool.. Also, the sales guy was supposed to set up an appointment for the first vehicle service and he said to me that he had no time in a rude way..To top it off Management at Atlantic Volkswagen are unprofessional and rude specially Michael Macchio..... He saw me how unhappy I was and did not bother to ask as to why I was not happy with the truck or even explore other options.. They made me wait for hours when I reached out to them to complain about the vehicle... They also kicked me out of the dealer because I was talking to a friend that happened to be at the dealer and asked what was going on with me. Over all, I will never recommend this place. They treat you one way just to get you to buy but once you buy from them they treat you like garbage. More
