She is very pleasant, professional, positive attitude. Mix all these together and then some = outstanding! Upon going down to the dealership in person I met a team of staff members from Atlantic who made me feel at ease. Very courteous, respectful and professional people not just out to make a buck then turn their back on u the moment after you purchase a vehicle. I would like to thank everyone who was involved with my purchase and say thank you especially to Trish Brett for helping me from day one and if not for her I probably would have never made it this far to even write a review. He was extremely friendly, not pushy at all, not the typical car salesman. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs and found the perfect car for me. I could not be happier with my experience here. Fred in finance handled my paperwork with efficiency and speed and the 2 of them got me in my new Jetta in a few short hours. More

They do not honor their referral program I purchaced a new vw jetta sportwagen back in november. The deal went real smooth they were able to give me a deal that I was very happy with. In ad I purchaced a new vw jetta sportwagen back in november. The deal went real smooth they were able to give me a deal that I was very happy with. In addition I had told my sales person Liliana Gonzales that i had a referral from a friend. I was told no problem ill put that in at the end. The good ends there! When i went into the finance manager to sign the paperwork he added the first months payment on to the down payment. I told him that was not part of the deal we went back and forth a little then i was told that they couldnt do anything about it. That was the only way they can make the numbers they gave me work. Foolishly i signed the deal. While i was waiting for the car I handed the referral card to Liliana she said she didnt need the card and asked me tha name of the person recommending me. She looked his info up in the computer typed something in and told me "ok he should be getting a check in the mail within 10 days". i told Liliana i also had a friend that would be coming down to look at a jetta as well she took his name from me. Well the first check never came. When i called and asked when he was getting his check i was told that i have to tell them as soon as i get there otherwise they cant honor it because they work those numbers into the car payments. While that was going on my other friend also bought a car from them... Guess what no check for that one either. I called Mike Macchio the general sales manager there and was told they couldnt honor the referral because the card has to be scanned. I told him that doesnt make any sense because all the cards are identical and you write your name on them yourself. He said he will look into it and get back to me. I never heard back. 2 referrals 2 excuses 0 payments More

Renegged a lease deal twice!!! Just started looking for a new lease as my Nissan Altima is up in 2 months. In short, I looked at a few different models of the 2015 Passat with the Just started looking for a new lease as my Nissan Altima is up in 2 months. In short, I looked at a few different models of the 2015 Passat with the sales rep and sat down to discuss pricing. For starters I asked for no down payment, sign and drive only. In true Atlantic fashion they come back with $3000 down $358 per month on a Passat Sport. Had to remind them no down payment. Back to the manager he goes and the games begin. Quotes me $320 per month no money down on the Sport, shocking how quick we come down, then $298 no money down on an SE. The stipulation was that I had to take the deal now, again an Atlantic schtick. I told them I just started looking and I'm no ready to leave with a car today. Again, they ask what would it take. Okay, I told them, if your going to put the pressure on me, the customer and take the fun out of shopping for other cars in this price range, then you have to bowl me over. I told them, give me the Sport for $298 no money down and I sign right now. Back to the manager and viola, they can do it. Here,s where it gets worse. First, this was supposed to be a 3 year lease, I notice it says 48 month. the manager comes over and says its the only way he can get me that price. I reluctantly agreed since I did love the car. Next they needed to see if Nissan would work a deal with them for the last 2 payments I owed. This is where it all fell through. Too long to go through everything that transpired but they went back to $320 per after they already had me in the car, even synced my phone to it. Called me 3 days later to say they could do it at $298,only to call back and say they couldn't again. UNREAL!!!!!!! More
Worse Experience People need to know the type of dealership they are dealing with and that I am 53 years old and have NEVER written a bad review, so that says somethin People need to know the type of dealership they are dealing with and that I am 53 years old and have NEVER written a bad review, so that says something about my frustration. I first want to say that I purchased a new 2013 VW cc in Sep't 2012 and in June 2014 I purchased a used Nissan Altima. I spent approximately $50,000 between the two vehicles. During my purchase for the Altima we were completing the deal and I began asking for the second key, which costs approximately $300. I was constantly told "don't worry we will find it" and was asked to complete the documents to finalize the sale. I went in, signed the documents and finalized the deal. Keep in mind, they knew I would not purchase this car if I had to pay another $1. After the sale I was told they couldn't find the key and to give them a few days to track it down which was a reasonable request. Well, two days later, the battery died. Don't know how that happens when they are suppose to check everything before they resale a car, but it did. They said to bring it in, so I was inconvenienced to get the car boosted and had to bring the car in, but they did replace the battery at no charge. When I went over to ask about the key, they said to call some guy and they gave me a name and number. The guy was shocked that I called stating, "I've been trying to get them to get a contract with us for these situations and they refuse and they know we don't sell to the general public, so I don't know why they would give you my phone number". This was obviously concerning. I called VW back and things got upsetting. The assistant sales person Paul Hart and sales manager Romaine Perkins, told me "there is nothing they can do and you have to go and purchase your own second key". I said, "what reputable company sells a car with one key, tells the buyer not to worry and then pulls this? I also said "you should have told be up front but you knew I wouldn't have closed the deal so you played a game with me". A week later, I placed one last called, reiterating that I spent $50,000 on 2 cars in less than 2 years and you should honor this especially since I was misguided. Paul basically said to stop calling "there is nothing else they can do" and amazingly hung up the phone. I also sent an email to Mr. Stallupi, President, (not sure of owners spelling) who I never heard from. Unprofessional is an understatement after this. What's ironic also is that less than 2 weeks later, my other sons car died and you know I would never go back here. We ended up buying a used 328 BMW and guess what, they only had one key also. Guess what also, they said no problem and took car of it like any company should. So not only does this show the differences in companies, but they lost a potential third car purchase. Hopefully, they will read this, apologize and respond so we can put an end to this. More
