After visiting Atlantic VW and negotiating a deal on a vehicle, we came back in to be told that not only would they not honor the negotiated price that was determined in person and over the phone by both parties, but also that we had to do our financing through them despite having excellent credit. Rob and Joe were the salesmen we dealt with. There were no miscommunications and we were dealing with folks who attempted to renegotiate after the fact. We ended up buying the same model vehicle for thousands less with our own financing at another dealership. Please, do your homework as a consumer. More

She honestly guided me throughout the whole process and did so much for me. I was able to be in constant communication with her and every time she would give me helpful information.
