He always goes out of his way to make sure all my needs are met and that extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this service dept. And a big shout out to Paul Hart, the sales manager for honoring a coupon that was no longer accepted. Again, couldn't be happier with these guys at Atlantic VW. This is the reason I keep coming back !! More

Horrible Service I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff are horrible and I regret getting a new lease with Volkswagen. I traded in an old passat lease for a new pa I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff are horrible and I regret getting a new lease with Volkswagen. I traded in an old passat lease for a new passat lease and VW decided to continue taking money out of my account for my old lease therefore having money for 2 leases being taken out of my bank account. When I noticed this I contacted VW credit and they said in order to get my refund I would need to deal with my dealership. I spoke to Paul, the manager, over the phone who ensured everything would be taken care of on his end and that he was so sorry for this occurrence and it would be taken care of that day and my money would be refunded to me. 2 MONTHS LATER, I still haven't received my money and after calling daily and leaving messages for Paul I have continued to be told that he is "very busy" by his staff and secretary. I don't understand how a manager makes a promise and starts something with a "valued customer" and then never contacts them or answers their phone calls again. I have now been dealing with Bukhari, who I was going to write a very great review about, but lately I feel as though I am being treated like a joke as nothing is getting done. I am disgusted and will never recommend Atlantic VW to anyone. If you want to avoid the typical games and scams of car dealerships definitely don't come here. More

Great experience buying my second car Buying my first car, was an awful experience at another dealership on Long Island, so I decided to try Atlantic Volkswagen to buy my second car. I was greeted by Xavyer, who was very welcoming and understood the type of car I wanted, immediately. Xavyer carefully listened to what I was looking for and also understood my budget. He suggested vehicles that he knew were budget-friendly, but also vehicles that I would like. He was very kind and friendly. I did not feel like I was being "got over" like I did when I bought my first car. From the entire process of from waking in to walking out with my car, Xavyer made that process 100 times better.
