Poor customer care I bought a certified pre-owned Volkswagen Jetta Gli one year ago. Every thousand miles my car would break. Every time it was something different but m I bought a certified pre-owned Volkswagen Jetta Gli one year ago. Every thousand miles my car would break. Every time it was something different but mostly it was engine parts. The service department is very nice and they do good work. But the sales and manager of this place does not care about what problems you have with this car and will not help you. I wanted to trade in my car and lease or buy a Volkswagen Golf R which is about $45,000. They offered me less then book value for my car and was definitely not going to take care of this problem. I went to a ford dealer and they afford me more then Volkswagen did and I never bought a car from this dealer, but they cared more about helping me out. More

Horrible Service I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff are horrible and I regret getting a new lease with Volkswagen. I traded in an old passat lease for a new pa I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff are horrible and I regret getting a new lease with Volkswagen. I traded in an old passat lease for a new passat lease and VW decided to continue taking money out of my account for my old lease therefore having money for 2 leases being taken out of my bank account. When I noticed this I contacted VW credit and they said in order to get my refund I would need to deal with my dealership. I spoke to Paul, the manager, over the phone who ensured everything would be taken care of on his end and that he was so sorry for this occurrence and it would be taken care of that day and my money would be refunded to me. 2 MONTHS LATER, I still haven't received my money and after calling daily and leaving messages for Paul I have continued to be told that he is "very busy" by his staff and secretary. I don't understand how a manager makes a promise and starts something with a "valued customer" and then never contacts them or answers their phone calls again. I have now been dealing with Bukhari, who I was going to write a very great review about, but lately I feel as though I am being treated like a joke as nothing is getting done. I am disgusted and will never recommend Atlantic VW to anyone. If you want to avoid the typical games and scams of car dealerships definitely don't come here. More
