Crappy customer service I’ve been a customer there quite a few years now. I’ve also bought my last three cars there. I Left my new atlas in for service and got a loaner I’ve been a customer there quite a few years now. I’ve also bought my last three cars there. I Left my new atlas in for service and got a loaner car, On returning the loaner car I realized I left my screw gun on the back floor I reached to service so they could have a look they said they were busy and would have a look later no one got back to me so the following day I called again same thing again they were busy and no one got back to me again. The nextday I went there and the car was out with a customer they said they’d look when it came back. Two weeks have gone by I’ve had no one reach out to me so I called again and ofcorse my screw gun can’t be found. If only they were helpful when I first called my screw gun would be back in my hands but no they just couldn’t be bothered And to top things off I left a pocket knife in my own car just before I dropped it off and someone stole that too! Needless to say I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. More

I've gotten courtesy cars, shuttle service from them. Great staff of Service Reps and mechanics. 5 STAR SERVICE from them all! More

You will always be told you should change your cabin filter. How about a brake flush? Oh next one your gonna need spark plugs. Were talking brand new car and yes I have that friendly face that begs to be ripped off. So the’ve fleeced me and now will lose on larger maintenance revenue. Within days of last maintenence brakes grinding. Local mechanic laughs as he tells me he cant believe these guys didnt tell you you need brakes. Now I need rotors too. Told thanks just dont change the fluid , Atlantic VW got that covered. Thanks. More

Had brand new car for 2 weeks No one called to update me on what was happening with the car for several days in a row. They had a brand new car I leased out of their showroom, it h No one called to update me on what was happening with the car for several days in a row. They had a brand new car I leased out of their showroom, it had only 700 miles on it, for 2 weeks. I brought it in for a check engine light and they said they were understaffed around the holidays and they finally offered me a loaner before New Years bc they knew it would be days maybe over a week before I get the car back. The loaner had 1 gallon of gas in it and barely got me home. Ended up being a factory issue regarding spark plugs but no one communicating with me until I called several times. I also called the service dept serveral Times and there was no answer or return calls for hours, sometimes days. More
1 year service I took my car in for 1 year service. I went at 7:30 (open time) best thing I was out at 8:30. Deceptive Fees After negotiating a fair deal on a car with the salesman, we went to do the paperwork, The salesman returned with a contract that contained an additio After negotiating a fair deal on a car with the salesman, we went to do the paperwork, The salesman returned with a contract that contained an additional $1500 in administrative fees. I had already discussed the fees with the sales men and we had agreed to a final price. I felt this practice was dishonest and left the dealership. shortly after I received a call from the salesman that I needed to return to get my $500 deposit refunded. I returned several hours later and when I went to the front desk the salesman was there I handed him my CC and requested my refund. The sales manager was at the desk, he asked what had happened and I said I did not appreciate the deceptive practices of the sales fees. Where as he became very angry and tried to throw me out of the dealership refusing to refund my money. I again requested my money back where became even angrier and slammed his fist down on the table again said to leave. I calmly requested my refund when another salesman talked some sense into him and they proceeded to refund my money. When I had reviewed the car on line and attempted to retrieve the Carfax report it would not display, when I asked the salesman for a copy it showed that the car had been in an accident. This should have been the 1st sign that this was not going to be a honest and fair process. More
