Although, Paul was very helpful, I didn’t like the attitude of financial manager. Because of financial manager I was about to not buy a car because of his attitude. Overall experience is good but financial manager did a terrible job and was hurrying us up because as he was saying “I’m here since 9am so sign it or don’t waste my time”. Not cool to say it to a customer that is about to buy a car. More

THEY ARE NOT HONEST WHEN IT COMES TO FINALIZING A DEAL STAY AWAY THIEVES!!! First time buying from this Stealer!! Never again,, I trade in my 2015 Jetta Sport In MINT condition with low mileage and was l STAY AWAY THIEVES!!! First time buying from this Stealer!! Never again,, I trade in my 2015 Jetta Sport In MINT condition with low mileage and was low balled bad. in the end they gave me 2000 under book value.. My fault for allowing that they give me 8k for car that is already for sale with nothing to do it but clean it a tad,for 13,995.00 not bad profit!!PLUS all the xxxxxxxx fees they will tack on ! I purchase a 2017 Jetta left over car for an out the door price of 13k plus my trade . deal was made @ 13k out the door . when paper work was presented to me the price was inflated by 76 dollars to 13,076.00. I asked why, and was told it is just the way the numbers came out.. so I said what the heck because the salesman was a nice personI will do it. I wait for hours to go to finance and was also told I was getting VW finance @ 1.9 % rate due to my 800 PLUS credit score.. another LIE . they put me with Chase bank @ 5.99% a little different and Had to call my insurance company back to make the changes .. I was also not to pre-pay for 6 months on that GREAT LOAN so they can make there money on the LOAN !! Well guess what that is not going to happen it will be paid in full upon first payment !!! I finalize like a fool because I am tired and just want to get the heck outof this place . Inthe end I foolishly overlooked the new invoice that I received at the finance desk so they beat me out of 158.24 for a total of 13158.24 up another 82.24 .. I went back to discuss this after numerous calls that fell on deaf ears!! Thay just keep lying to me more and more.. So for adding 158.24 and screwing with the loan they not only lost what would have been an amazing customer they are getting exposed the way that they should .. WHEN YOU MAKE A DEAL .. THAT'S WHAT YOU STAND BY!! PERIOD.. Don't come back with some xxxxxxxx excuse it was DMV fees which a toal LIE .. out the door price is inclusive of all fees and taxes.. SO THANK YOU ATLANTIC FOR MAKING ME A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.. For adding 158.24 and for screwing me on the loan rate.. Shame on me.. I'm done .. But now worries I will make sure that everyone Knows how you people do deals!!! Good Luck More
