Great service experience Had a issue , leaking antifreeze issue. Called mike Disanti at Atlantic Vw , got me a loaner and fixed my car in 1 day. They give a price for inspection on a new car then charge $$ So I call to have my car inspected from this dealership that it was purchased from. They asked me some questions and then said it would 10 dollars..No So I call to have my car inspected from this dealership that it was purchased from. They asked me some questions and then said it would 10 dollars..Not free like most dealers do if you bought the car from! So I agreed to have it done by them.. I waited a bit over an hour then I see my car in the shop not on the lift on the ground by the door and I watched as he inspects it .. he inspected nothing did not check anything puts a sticker on did not reset the inspection now light on dash .. plain and simple he did nothing.. I get the bill and it is 37 dollars not 10 dollars as they quoted keep in mind my car is less than a year old with little miles on it .. I asked why it went from 10 dollars to 37 dollars and she said it had to be inspected!! Reallly,what crap . I will never go back to them again for anything. Thanks Atlantic. I see your reputation is the same as the old dealer.. last time you see me .. More
