Thank you for your feedback Chris. We are sorry we could not live up to your expectations. Unfortunately inventory with special edition models especially a SEL Tiguan is never guaranteed. We understand you are upset that we sold the vehicle you were interested in but without deposit in house and a firm commitment we cannot hold vehicles. Understandably buyers think its a high pressure sales tactic but when you cannot replace a car buyers are willing to come from all over the tristate area to get them. We do wish you the best in locating a vehicle somewhere else at that deal. Respectfully saying we sold the car to someone else at a higher price is outlandish and not accurate. We sold the car to a buyer who was in showroom, ready to purchase same day and did not need to shop our number with another dealership. I think you frustration should be with the dealership who lied about the price to you and why you left the showroom here when the car was actually available, they are the ones who cost you a deal not us.

The car was in inventory when I visited the dealership. It was in inventory when the sales agent requested my deposit. He took my credit card info over the phone. It was in inventory the following day when the agent called to set a pick up time. As you can plainly see the lies from this dealership are unending.
