I told her what I needed and while we were talking, she asked me what my email was, and BOOM! she sent me the estimate! Even though my car was 3-4 weeks late getting done, and keeping in contact with me, and letting me know the situation was, Melissa still made the experience amazing. I drove all the way up there from the Wichita area to have my car repaired, due to the horrible experience I had received from Steven Volkswagen in Wichita. And because of the amazing experience, as long as I get the amazing service, I will definitely drive over 2 hours again to have repairs done or a simple service done on my car! Purchased new 04 Touareg there in November. Dealership would not return calls, had to go through customer rep. to finally get them to do so. Staff appears to have poor knowledge or their product.
