The service performed was fine, no issues there. During my visit I experienced 2 major issues. First being that they charge a 3% convenience fee that was not disclosed prior to doing the work and During my visit I experienced 2 major issues. First being that they charge a 3% convenience fee that was not disclosed prior to doing the work and I only learned about this when it was time to make a payment. Nobody carries large amounts of cash to pay for service at a dealership. Additionally they are the most expensive in town, and they want an additional 3%. Second, I brought my Tiguan in for service. Not for an appraisal or sales. I have now become inundated with sales people from VW of Streetsboro trying to buy my car back claiming they have an upgrade yet they are unable to match my vehicle on specs and would be a downgrade at the same cost. I am at the point where I am going to pursue legal action next time I am contacted by this dealership. More

At first I thought it was a great experience buying a used car from here. Few days later I came to the realization how they really are.
