It seems after you leased for 3 years and willing to purchase the vehicle they would do an inspection. During the inspection fix any minor things they find give you a free oil change and detail the car. Just as if you are purchasing any other car from the dealership. I asked for a free oil change and was denied. To separate yourself from others the extra 1% beyond expectations creates "Raving Fans." More
