A great experience from a first time car buyer! I went on several test drives with Gerald and learned something new every time about VW and or the vehicle. I was extremely impressed with Gerald's wealth of knowledge and passion for the brand. Originally I was interested in the VW Passat R-Line. Jack, Ryan, and Gerald went the extra mile by purchasing another R-Line with the color I was interested in just so I could have more options with no obligations. After several dealership visits, I realized the Passat wasn't right for me after driving a truck for so long. I tried the VW Tiguan R-Line, was again given great sevice and information about the vehicle from Gerald, and fell in love with the Tiguan. The purchase process was relatively easy and quick. Daniel was a great help and answered all my financial and warranty questions. I also appreciate Jim's efforts as he was always striving to understand my needs, concerns, and hesitations in an attempt to combat them with solutions. In short, I most appreciate the patience and can do attitude from everyone at VW of South MS; especially Gerald who stuck with me and did his best to offer me what i was looking for in a vehicle. This was especially important for me as a first time vehicle buyer. So thank you VW of South MS for a great experience and a vehicle I get excited to drive every time! More
