Danny in Service Dept had parts waiting on "go" from insurance company that was dragging their feet. Danny helped adjuster perform video conference adjustment from remote location and discounted rates as low as practicable for certified mechanics, but insurance company still wanted me to bring car to "body shop". While VW of South Mississippi didn't get the opportunity to do this work, I'll definitely be bringing my car back for other work. Danny went above and beyond to try to help me AND the insurance company! Too bad the insurance company was too short sighted to let them do the work. More
