He was very patient with us as we test drove 4 different vehicles. He didn't pressure us at all and was a complete gentleman. He answered all of our questions without pushing more info on us. He let us go back and forth between the top two vehicles we couldn't decide between. We felt like we were in charge of the deal the whole time. There was like a $6,000 difference between the prices and Norm didn't push either way. He set back and let us decide what we liked and what would fit in our budget. No pressure, no pushing... the whole transaction was a breeze. Norm was super friendly as well as the Manager Jim and the finance guy, Daniel. It was the best car buying experience we have had yet.
