My Very First new car experience hasn’t been the best after having a VEERY TERRIBLE first service with Volkswagen of Mandeville La. Bought my 2020 Passat out of Alabama only due to the INCREDIBLE Deal after having a VEERY TERRIBLE first service with Volkswagen of Mandeville La. Bought my 2020 Passat out of Alabama only due to the INCREDIBLE Deal they had on the last few 20s they had in stock. After being in the automotive industry for a very long time, I’m already skeptical about ACTUALLY LETTING someone other than me work on my vehicle/vehicles due to knowing how people are and HOPING they ACTUALLY DO their jobs. After having that experience we decided to give Volkswagen of South Mississippi a shot since we were DEFINITELY NOT bringing our vehicle back to the much closer dealership. Called Volkswagen of South Mississippi to speak with Jeff in service. Explaining my experience with the other dealership, Jeff advised he had some openings right before Christmas. Brought my vehicle to Jeff the night before appointment set. Let me say how attentive and professional this dealership is, Jeff called me several times as he was trying to turn around this horrendous experience from the other dealership, showing how a car experience should be! Jeff worked his magic to go WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to fix all concerns even the ones that weren’t covered under factory or extended warranties. Long story short, SO FAR I would HIGHLY recommend to ANYONE looking for a TOP NOTCH service experience with Volkswagen to go to Volkswagen of South Mississippi! Even if you’re like me with a HORRENDOUS service experience from another dealer! More

Marshall found our perfect car when no other VW dealers within the region were able to due to inventory shortages. I had a very short time and I was fortunate to find this showroom. I had 3 days to finalize my car and travel. Luckily I got in touch with Marshall I told him what I want and he arranged it for me. He got me approved right away and it was very quick. For some reason, I had to go to Toyota to see their deals as well. The horrible customer experience at Toyota Hattiesburg. I came back the next day and Marshall had all paper work-ready. He gave me an extended warranty as well. Guys if your car is over $15k. Must get the extended warranty. it's really worth it. Marshall would love to answer your questions. Just you need to go with your ID and insurance and you will drive home with your new car. I am giving 10/10 to marshall and 10/10 to the company. Good people. Straightforward. Whenever I have to buy another car I would go to this place. Not anywhere else. More
