He didn’t try to oversell or push the product. He was VERY knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. Mark, in the financial department, made the process easy as well. He didn’t push to add extra warranties. He made sure I was educated on all the policies and didn’t push me into a corner to get it. When I said “No thanks” he respected my wishes. We got to the dealership a little after closing time on Saturday Night (not knowing what time it closed) and Rob was there finishing up with a customer.
