Halfway through a 1,200 mile road trip, the check engine light on my new Taos came on. Thankfully I was only a few miles from Volkswagen of South Mississippi and they were able to check it out right away. T light on my new Taos came on. They had to overnight a part, but thanks to FedEx it didn't arrive when it was supposed to on Friday morning. FedEx finally delivered it on Monday morning and they had my car fixed quickly after that. The problem with FedEx was completely out of the dealership's control, but that didn't stop Zach Kunz from making sure we were taken care of throughout the whole ordeal. His care and concern was so very genuine. Mr. Kunz did his best to keep me updated through the whole thing even when he wasn't getting any answers himself. Seriously, I have nothing but good things to say about how well everyone at Volkswagen of South Mississippi treated us. Every single person we encountered in the service department was incredibly hospitable. They were surprisingly patient when I asked all sorts of questions, which is definitely not the case at a lot of other dealerships. I feel like it is very obvious when someone is trying to help you to get you out of their way versus when they're trying to help you because they honestly care that you're taken care of. I'm thankful that Volkswagen of South Mississippi (especially Mr. Kunz) took the time to truly take care of us and get us back on the road. I should mention that Mr. Kunz called me the next day to make sure we made it back home safely. Exceptional customer service! These are the kinds of people every other dealership should be hiring.
