When I arrived at my service appointment, I wasn't immediately acknowledged or greeted by the staff. However, Kenneth came in, greeted me warmly, and ensured I was properly checked in, quickly getting immediately acknowledged or greeted by the staff. Later, when my car was ready, Manny was the one who called me to arrange a Lyft to take me back to the dealership to pick up my car.
