The entire transaction was carried out QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY and with the HIGHEST LEVEL OF HONESTY. But the best part was the fair cost of the repair. South Charlotte Volkswagen has taught me a valuable lesson - And that is to never trust them or use their service ever again in the future. I had my car serviced at their dealership for my second servi lesson - And that is to never trust them or use their service ever again in the future. I had my car serviced at their dealership for my second servicing where I had them change my oil and rotate my tires. Shortly after that servicing I started experiences issues with the way my car handled, so I brought it back into the dealership only to be given some unbelievable excuses by one of their Assistnat Service Managers that infuriated me. I had no desire to listen to his excuses any longer, or argue with him, so I left never to return. Shortly after leaving, I then experienced and engine oil low warming.....just a mere 3,000 miles after the oil change at South Charlotte VW. After that second issue, I wrote a letter to a Sales Manager......still waiting on that reply from 4 months ago. And since he didn’t have the common courtesy to follow-up, I emailed the Owner, and like the Sales Manager email, I am still waiting on a response. The one thing that has been consistent with my experience with this dealership is that they lack any sense of customer service, whether that is providing quality work on my car or providing quality care to a customer.....and for that, I will never make the mistake of utilizing their dealership for service or a future purchase. Best of luck to those of you that do use South Charlotte Volkswagen, but If you do and you get burned.....don’t waste your energy addressing the concern with Management. THEY DON’T CARE!!!! More
Brought my Golf Alltrack in for periodic maintenance and elected to wait at the dealership until work was done. About 30 minutes into the wait Brandon informed me that the vehicle had an internal oil leak t elected to wait at the dealership until work was done. About 30 minutes into the wait Brandon informed me that the vehicle had an internal oil leak that was covered by warranty, but would take 5-6 hours to complete. He arranged for a rental vehicle (@VWs expense) so I didn’t have to sit around and wait for the day. I thought that was very accommodating and respectful of my time. I was able to return mid-afternoon and pick up my service vehicle. Very positive experience! More
I needed a new battery and got it without problem I bought my Tiguan here on November 30, 2015 and have always brought it here for needed servicing. I am thankful that they will even take care of its needs, as yesterday, without having to make arrangements in advance. The battery needed to be replaced, they did the work while I" waited in relative comfort, and Adam even reset the Tiguan's clock for me at my request. More
