I had my Vehicle serviced for routine work, oil filter, oil change ect. I found the work compleated in a timely and professional manner. I also had a problem with a part that broke outside my warranty of 3 oil change ect. I found the work compleated in a timely and professional manner. I also had a problem with a part that broke outside my warranty of 3 year 36000 miles. I had a left rear window stop functioning and John had it fixed under a special warranty program for parts just outside the warranty range. This was a 200 dollar service repair compleated for free. No hassel, no paper work, I brought my car in and had it back and on the road an hour and a half latter.I definatly found my service expeariance to be above and beyond my expectations. Great job!! More

I brought my VW Beetle in early yesterday morning as I had a front light go out over the weekend. I did not have an appointment, but the service writer (I am sorry, but did not catch his name)got my car had a front light go out over the weekend. I did not have an appointment, but the service writer (I am sorry, but did not catch his name)got my car right in, the light fixed and I was on my way within 15 minutes! When I got to work in uptown Charlotte, I realized that I left my lunch bag at the dealership, which not only contained my lunch, but my diabetes test kit. I called the dealership just to ask that they put my lunch bag away so that I could stop by after work to pick it up. But they went one better and delivered my lunch box to me at work! I just couldn't believe the excellent customer service and how the service people went above and beyond! I am sold on VW of South Charlotte!! Thank you, C. Congelli More

While visiting Charlotte, I encountered car trouble....a dead battery and possibly electronic problems. Since the event occurred on a Sat. night, I had to remain in Charlotte for an additional night and dead battery and possibly electronic problems. Since the event occurred on a Sat. night, I had to remain in Charlotte for an additional night and have my Eos towed on Monday morning to the dealership. When my car arrived at VW of South Charlotte, I was taken care of and on the road within an hour. They were friendly and very efficient. A stressful situation turned out well. More

I went in for an unscheduled visit in response to warning that there was a malfunction in my front left headlight. I called ahead and was given a resonable time estimate of my wait and service time which wer that there was a malfunction in my front left headlight. I called ahead and was given a resonable time estimate of my wait and service time which were both met. After they offered to wash my car and notified me that my tires needed attention. In all this Amanda was very courteous and professional. I walked away knowing my needs were attended to and also the feeling that I was truly valued, not just as a customer but as a person as well. Additionaly, I bought the car from this dealer a little over 6 months and he remembered me (and my boys whom I had 'punished' as we waited working on the deal. Couldn't ask for more. More
I've worked with John in service and Josh Hines (tech) several times in the past and have never been let down. John always keeps me updated on what's being done with the car or if there are any hiccups t several times in the past and have never been let down. VW of South Charlotte is great. Everyone there was very friendly, and the main employees I worked with (John Schmidt and Josh Hines) were great guys and fixed the problem with my car. My mother thought the service was great. She commented on how friendly everyone was. We had taken her car to get the problem diagnosed by another company.
