Service took the time to research and repair problems that only appeared intermittently. They were also able to repair a part with a factory defect that other dealerships only gave me the run-around abou that only appeared intermittently. I brought my 2008 VW Beetle in for a recall and to have the passenger side front light fixed for the fourth time. As far as I know the recall fuel line issue was fixed and so far the light is working. Bu the passenger side front light fixed for the fourth time. As far as I know the recall fuel line issue was fixed and so far the light is working. But it's too early to tell on the light as it took a couple of weeks to quit working each time before. Also, I still have to walk to and from the light rail train station when dropping off and picking up my car. Your shuttle to the station doesn't begin until 8:00 AM and then I believe waits until they have several people before taking them to the station. I drop my car off for the day as soon as you open at 7:30 AM and that still makes me late for work (start time of 8:00 AM). Otherwise, all of your service people are very nice. Thank you. More
Service is always good. John Schmidt was great and if I were you, I would give him a raise. I was totally satisfied with my service. Being a senior, sometimes there are those who want to take advantage o were you, I would give him a raise. I was totally satisfied with my service. They seemed to genuinely appreciate my business and treated me as such. They were right on time with my service and didn't charge me for a repairing a tire leak that a GoodYear service center wanted me treated me as such. It was time to get my first synthetic oil change for my new vehicle, which I purchased in September 2010. With this being my first vehicle and me being a female, I was able to trust the technicians and ser new vehicle, which I purchased in September 2010. John worked with me via email to come and pick up my vehicle from my work location, service it, and bring it back safely. Not only did they provide a wonderful service, they also washed my car, which it desperately needed! John made sure that if I had any questions or concerns, he would be more than willing to answer them for me. I have no complaints about VW of South Charlotte. I brought my 07 Rabbit in for it's 30k service. They started on time and estimated an hour to complete the routine maintenance. An hour later, my car was serviced, washed, and ready to roll. Per request, the service writer performed some additional research to locate an in-dash nav for the vehicle. Although the research didn't yield any promising options, I still appreciated the effort. More
