I was in yesterday for routine service. Lauren really worked with me to find a good time for me to bring my car in. She was always very responsive. When I arrived at the dealership, John Schmidt was very worked with me to find a good time for me to bring my car in. She was always very responsive. Jorerg went out of his way to see if he could solve the problem I was having with my Jetta. He even took the car home to drive it for a couple of days. He could not find anything wrong, so he did not char problem I was having with my Jetta. He even took the car home to drive it for a couple of days. I purchased my car from another dealer. A simple warrantable repair took way too many visits to fix. I will continue to come to this dealership as long as they continue to treat me fairly. I've found them to be helpful with information when requested and they have had some very good coupons/offers to help keep my costs down. More
Had to take my car in due to warning lights coming on as I was driving to work. Even though I did not have an appointment, John was very willing to help and have my beetle looked at asap to diagnose the pr I was driving to work. Took the car in for an oil change. The process was smooth and the service adviser was friendly. He recommended some additional maintenance items based on the age of the car, but didn't push it when I smooth and the service adviser was friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the service took longer than expected (1.5 hrs instead of 45 min), but the service adviser was in contact with me, and they washed my car which I was not expecting. More
I was taken care of immediately upon arrival and was kept informed the whole time I was there. I was there for a recall issue and my satellite turner needed replacing. In a word, the process was painless. All the "paperwork" was done ahead of time online, so all I had to do was show up at the allotted time and drop off the key for the 10,000 mile service. I received a call a short while later saying I can pick up the car and we'll see you again in another 10,000 miles. When I went to pick up the car, it was just as smooth, checked in, they gave me the keys and I was on my way. I can honestly say I've never been through such an easy process anywhere else. More
this is my first visit to VW south Charlotte. i had a gearbox problem on my Eos, which Joerg was able to diagnose and carried out repairs under warranty.
