The worse service ever VW South Charlotte The worse service !!!! I have had my car serviced here several times. This last time was the worse 12/1/14. They charged me for services NOT rendered. I was still having the same problem I have been complaining about the last 3x's I brought my Jetta in. After they charged me all these fees and problem remained I contacted EUROWISE. They were professional, friendly, quick, concerned with fixing the problem and sent pictures of defected part. Real customer service. They informed me the work VW did the day before was not done. I was not surprised . EUROWISE ordered the parts from VW to fix my car. Thanks VW ! More

VW of South Charlotte does not value its customers I have been to this servicing center 3 times. All of my experiences at this location have been bad. The LAST visit was horrible. I say last because I I have been to this servicing center 3 times. All of my experiences at this location have been bad. The LAST visit was horrible. I say last because I will not be back again. The first time I went I didnt think much of it, because I don't excpect exceptional service everywhere I go. The second time I went for a issue that was suppose to be resolved the first time. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, although it was a result of their neglience. My last visit I was going for a 100,000 mile service check up. Once I was given the quote I told them I would come back on Monday (the day being Thursday) the representative asked me "Is it money issues? If so you can tell me. You dont have to be embarrased" I thought of this as highly disrepectful. That is a company that does not derseve my business at all. I asked for the manager, I didnt get that either, Although after looking at these pictures of the employees, I now realize that he was sitting right at his desk while he allowed someone else to deal with this absurd situation. This is a business that does not value their customers at all!! More
Outstanding service I have been getting my 2012 VW Jetta serviced here for quite some time. The service department is well staffed and efficient with regard to intake, a I have been getting my 2012 VW Jetta serviced here for quite some time. The service department is well staffed and efficient with regard to intake, advising a customer of required service, keeping wait time to a minimum and knowledge. While waiting, I took a little time to go out and look at the inventory and was greeted by Spiros. Although, I"m not currently in the market for a new vehicle, I appreciate Spiros taking the time to show me some of the affordable models should I decide to get a 2nd vehicle. I had a major service appointment today and knew the 80k appointment would take some time. (yes..you read that right....87k on a two year old car!.....what can I say....I like driving!). The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and makes the waiting tolerable. I highly recommend the VW of South Charlotte for service and should I decide to get another VW soon, I will return to this location and see Spiros. More
New Life When I stepped into the service center almost a year ago to have my 2003 yellow VW Beetle Conv serviced I was super duper down on my luck and frustrat When I stepped into the service center almost a year ago to have my 2003 yellow VW Beetle Conv serviced I was super duper down on my luck and frustrated to no end due to the prospective issues I was told that I had with my car. Going through this process was at this point had me DEPRESSED!! I didn't know what I was going to do and didn't want to assume a new or higher car payment then I was already paying, however, it was if as Kwasi came to my rescue wth a "Super Man VW" cape on. He introduced himself and pulled me from the service desk as I was discussing the amount of the cost of repair with Joerg to see where he could help as I could tell he sensed the frustration and disappointment on my face as Joerg advised me of how much money I'd need to kick out to keep my lady bug alive. After pulling me to the side, he threw on his MASTER SUPER save a damsel in distress cape and went to work. He went "hard in the paint" for me to see how at the least he could get me into a new car considering my current situation with my car. We chatted and test drove a few cars. I told him...WHAT I WANTED versus the cars that I test drove. He left from his desk, told me he would be right back, he came back, we walked outside and he told me everything there was to know about German engineering and introduced me to "My Lil Red Lady". We test drove the car...on the way back to the dealership I told him "I love it" and the rest is history from that point. He worked as best on his behalf to make things as smooth as possible and a few days later the car was ready for me to pick up. The VW team was awesome all around. I can honestly say that this is possibly the best car buying experiences I've ever had and Kwasi was amazing and is an amazing guy. He if nothing else made this experience TOP notch and a standard to follow as far as I'm concerned and I am proud to say that he is "MY SALES GUY" and I'd refer him to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable, personable and customer/sales driven associate. He gets a 10 in my book any day!! THANKS Kwasi and the VW Charlotte South Team! More
Unbelievably Easy Buying & Service Process I was bringing in my wife's 2012 Passat for its 30K mile service. While on my way to the waiting area, noticed the convertible EOS on the showroom flo I was bringing in my wife's 2012 Passat for its 30K mile service. While on my way to the waiting area, noticed the convertible EOS on the showroom floor. There was also a 2013 Passat for a little under $20K. Not long after discussing the vehicle, I was driving away in the Passat leaving behind my '98 Audio A6 Quattro. Spiros made the entire process easy with no hassle. I wish I needed more cars because I would've bought more! I am definitely a fan of Spiros and VW of South Charlotte!!! More
