There was a recall on my Jetta. Volkswagen of South Carolina took the time to phone me to schedule an appointment to suite me. When I arrived I was greeted from severely employees of Volkswagen. There Carolina took the time to phone me to schedule an appointment to suite me. When I arrived I was greeted from severely employees of Volkswagen. There was no wait time and they immediately took care of my car and gave me a estimate time for the pick up. I got a call an hour and half before my scheduled time. Thanks VW! More

KNOWLEDGABLE SERVICE AND SHOP STAFF John Keating was the service adviser for my 2009 gti and he was very knowledgeable and communication was superb. GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE I took my 2014 Jetta tdi for it's 60,000 mile service on Saturday, and could not be more pleased with the service provided by VW and Marcus Esteves i I took my 2014 Jetta tdi for it's 60,000 mile service on Saturday, and could not be more pleased with the service provided by VW and Marcus Esteves in particular. My appointment was for 10am, but there were a lot of people who had arrived without appointments at around the same time, so I was thinking we would be in for a long wait, 70 minutes later we drove out, and the car had been washed as well. This level of service, allied to VERY competitve rates (way cheaper than the dealer I purchased the car from), means I will be using VW of Sourth Charlotte for all my servicing needs going forward. Great job and no pressure. I took my car in to get serviced and was already thinking about a trade. VW was offering a lease pay off to entice customers to lease of purchase a 20 I took my car in to get serviced and was already thinking about a trade. VW was offering a lease pay off to entice customers to lease of purchase a 2015 as the 2016's were arriving soon. First let me say my old car was serviced my Matt. He was very professional and informative. He actually told me of the lease special. Mo was the person who helped get me into a new car.. He worked hard for a better price and I felt like I walked away with a fair price as well as a reasonable monthly payment. The car also had all the bells and whistles. The transfer process was quick and I left with a much better car than I arrived .. This VW dealership has always been wonderful to me. All were true to form with my experience. I would recommend this dealership for anyone wanting a fair deal. More

5 stars due to Joerg Kuehni I returned to this dealership to resolve issues resulting from an unsatisfactory prior visit to the service department. Joerg Kuehni efficiently and thoughtfully found a way to resolve my service and transportation issues with no inconvenience to me.
