After having a 2000 VW Passat for 240K miles serviced at a different VW dealership I can truly appreciate the customer waiting area setup at VW South Charlotte. Whether one needs to get some work done, watch TV or enjoy some goodies from the break room without being in a cramped or noisy environment these things are just icing on the cake backed up by a great professional organization. They knew it would be an all day job so Adam arranged a loaner to get me through he day. Adam worked with my warranty carrier to ensure coverage. The issue was resolved completely with Adam and VW without taking up my time. The multi-point inspection that’s standard give you piece of mind over the condition of your car and allows to plan for future standard maintenance. More
