The sales team at VW South Charlotte created a friendly atmosphere for my wife and I when purchasing our Golf TDI. While visiting Charlotte, I encountered car trouble....a dead battery and possibly electronic problems. Since the event occurred on a Sat. night, I had to remain in Charlotte for an additional night and dead battery and possibly electronic problems. When my car arrived at VW of South Charlotte, I was taken care of and on the road within an hour. They were friendly and very efficient. A stressful situation turned out well. More
