It took several phone calls and 3 visits to get replacement touchup paint for my car. It had to be ordered and was promised in a week, but it took almost 2 months to arrive. When I asked them about getting my car repaired under the 12 year rust warranty they told me I would have to wait for a factory rep to come in and assess the car. After visiting 3 times and calling several times (over a 3 month period) I gave up and went elsewhere to get the work done because they never made me an appointment with the factory rep or told me they were at the dealership for their monthly visit. I have also asked them about servicing my vehicle a couple of times and have always been told they are booked solid. In both cases I went elsewhere because it would be at least 3 days before they could look at my vehicle. More
