Dropped by for state inspection and reported an issue with the steering. They quickly found the issue and advised it was under warranty. Unfortunately I have to have the work done at a different dealer with the steering. They quickly found the issue and advised it was under warranty. Unfortunately I have to have the work done at a different dealer since I'm temporarily working out of state. I love that they have free WiFi and a space for me to work. The service advisors here are always friendly and honest in my experience. More
Extremely friendly, never felt rushed even though they were very busy. Even on the phone, Joerg took the time to look up the pricing for the repair and give a good quote on the work. I had a great expereince with South Charlotee VW. I started with Clovis and he did a great job explaining the features of the car, he is very knowledable. When we came back to the dealership Clovis was helping another client and we worked with Cal. Cal was also outstanding and it appeared they were working as a team. Cal worked well with us on our trade in and made the buying process easy. Cal also did a nice job giving us an overview of our vehicle after we bought it. I would highly recommend this dealership and the salespeople! More
Without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I spent over 4 years in the car business in sales and finance and I kept waiting for the bubble to burst while leasing my new VW. My representative Clovis Brussi was knowledgable and quick. I will service my VW at Volkswagen of South Charlotte and I will lease from then again. I definitely recommend VW of South Charlotte and I recommend that you ask for Clovis also. More

needed an oil change and tire pressure light on. Called and scheudled service. Due to conflict with work needed to reschedule 2 days before appointment and they were accomaditing in getting me in at a tim and scheudled service. I had my Vehicle serviced for routine work, oil filter, oil change ect. I found the work compleated in a timely and professional manner. I also had a problem with a part that broke outside my warranty of 3 oil change ect. I found the work compleated in a timely and professional manner. I also had a problem with a part that broke outside my warranty of 3 year 36000 miles. I had a left rear window stop functioning and John had it fixed under a special warranty program for parts just outside the warranty range. This was a 200 dollar service repair compleated for free. No hassel, no paper work, I brought my car in and had it back and on the road an hour and a half latter.I definatly found my service expeariance to be above and beyond my expectations. Great job!! More
