Having a 1971 Super Beetle as my very first car (in 1971) i was well aware of how tough a VW was, and of the high quality found in German engineering. Particularly eyecatching was the pricing and financing details...3 grand down, $200 a month, for 36 months. "I can do this", I thought, and realized that I just might be able to walk onto the lot, say what i want, get it and leave, all without any hassles or delays. My wife, son and and myself went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon, met with Dave Brown, picked out a sweet silver Jetta, then sat down with Patrick Borders, who actually got us BETTER financing than was being advertised! I think we were there for all of 90 minutes, if that long. "Imagine that...the guy who hates dealers, hates car shopping, really hates waiting for finance answers, bought a car from the ONLY lot he visited. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. Got there right on time, and my car took 45 minutes before it could get looked at. Took car in for alignment, and window seal issue. The service department has been courteous and easy to deal with during visits for both of our VW vehicles. I was in the market for a very specific Jetta Sportwagen that proved to be quite elusive. In fact, I had already tried the other VW dealership in town and was rather frustrated with their inability to secu that proved to be quite elusive. I completed an online request for VW of South Charlotte and was amazed and pleased with how quickly and effectively Cal Willden took care of me. It was, again, a very difficult to find car and he went out of his way to track it down for me. The online aspect was especially convenient. The dealership building is brand new and beautiful. The folks there really seem to know what they're doing. I can't recommend Cal or VW of South Charlotte highly enough. More

The service department is awesome. They've been able to get me in on my schedule and get me out quickly. With two kids and one on the way, efficiency is key.
