Yoerg Kuehni was wonderful to work with. I first called with questions about our RV we were buying. It has a VW engine in it and he was so helpful even without me being a customer. This initial service on my 2011 GTI (after 3500 miles) included the VW Courtesy Check and a state inspection. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Worth Noting: I forgot to ask them to adjust the tire pressures. Since it has been a brutally cold winter, it certainly needed to be checked. But the tech did it without being asked. I checked it myself the next day and was pleased to find that each tire had exactly the right PSI. Though that may seem trivial, when I had my 'other' vehicle (not a VW) serviced recently, I asked the service writer twice about checking tire pressures. He assured me that the tech would definitely checked the pressures. But the next morning, I got a 'Low Tire Pressure' warning on the dash. Clearly, they STILL had not bothered to check the tires. I had to add pressure to the prescribed level myself. It ain't rocket-science, folks - I just appreciate service done right the FIRST time. More

i had a major accident in June of this year, and after enjoying 5 years WITHOUT an automobile payment, i knew "the good times were over". Having a 1971 Super Beetle as my very first car (in 1971) i was well aware of how tough a VW was, and of the high quality found in German engineering. Particularly eyecatching was the pricing and financing details...3 grand down, $200 a month, for 36 months. "I can do this", I thought, and realized that I just might be able to walk onto the lot, say what i want, get it and leave, all without any hassles or delays. My wife, son and and myself went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon, met with Dave Brown, picked out a sweet silver Jetta, then sat down with Patrick Borders, who actually got us BETTER financing than was being advertised! I think we were there for all of 90 minutes, if that long. "Imagine that...the guy who hates dealers, hates car shopping, really hates waiting for finance answers, bought a car from the ONLY lot he visited. He wasn't forced into leaving a pound of flesh, and he came away feeling good about the whole thing." Mr. Cohen, the Robino family will be customers for life. More
