I could not find what I really wanted locally but I did find the vehicle at VW of South Charlotte. I drove 500 miles round trip (7+ hours) through rotten traffic to this dealership BUT it was WELL WORTH the trip. I was treated as though I was a long time customer there ... my Sales Associate (Omowale) couldn't have been more helpful, his associate (Ken) made me feel like an old friend, the Sales Manager went out of his way to ensure the deal went though, and Luke Parker (Finance Manager) made the sometimes overwhelming process of signing the paperwork quite pleasant. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend purchasing any VW product at VW of South Charlotte. Thank you so much guys! More
