The dealership was polite and seemed to have a general interest in resolving my issue. However, there was no resolution to my problem. The diagnosis I received was inconsistent with the stated problem and interest in resolving my issue. However, there was no resolution to my problem. The repair was done great. But they won't give you a break down of parts and labor so you don't really get the chance to price around for the best deal.
