I've been car shopping for the past eight months and going from dealership to dealership. Every one that I visited never gave me the feeling that I needed to be sure I wanted to make a commitment with t going from dealership to dealership. This is because you're not only making a commitment to the car that you choose but also the people that helped get you into it. When I showed up to Volkswagen of Salem County I could feel the difference just by the welcoming looks on everyone's faces. The gentleman that helped me asked all the right questions to get me in the car that i wanted without going overboard on costs. Almost everyone in the dealership shook my hand and wished me luck with my car, even the owner and his son. Volkswagen of Salem County sold me my very first new car. They didn't make me feel like I was a bother at all or like I was being an inconvenience. They made is a very nice, stress free, and enjoyable experience. More

On June 9th, I was out looking at cars, knowing that I wanted to stay with the VW line, I decided to go to VW of Salem County. What a great choice that was! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and knew that this would be the place I would give my business. We were greeted by Jessica, who is the Finance Manager. Jessica was extremly nice and introduced us to Rick Dijamco, who was out sales man. We told Rick we were interested in the 2012 Beetle. Rick showed us the Beetle, informed me about the options and then we set off on a test drive. I knew while on the test drive that I would be going home with a Beetle, I love it! So, we started all the paperwork. While doing the paperwork, several people (including the owner) greeted us and thanked us for out business (i didn't catch everyone's name). But that meant a lot to me, I have bought a lot of cars in my life and never have I felt so welcomed or aprreciated. Jessica made the whole signing process a piece of cake. I went to inquire about leasing a new vehicle since my current lease was nearing its end of term. From the moment we walked up, the entire team at the dealership did a great job to get us what we wanted... it was a very relaxed and comfortable car buying experience. My husband and I spent a great deal of time debating the purchase and never felt pressured to buy, just assured that they wanted to do everything they could to get us out the door with a car we were 100% happy with. Bob and the team even alerted us to a 0% financing opportunity that NONE of the other dealerships mentioned. Well, I can say with certainty that if the sales process is anything like the one I experienced at Volkswagen of Salem County, you will walk away feeling very satisfied. I never once felt pressured to make a quick decision, or purchase a particular accessory or extended warranty. Of course I was informed of the availability of all options and features, but I felt at ease in making the decision to purchase or not to purchase. No pressure, no hassle. It was indeed a pleasure in dealing with all the sales people and employees at Volkswagen of Salem County, especially Rick Dijamco, Internet Sales Manager. Everyone was well informed, courteous, and expressed genuine interest in making sure I drove away a satisfied customer and I most certainly did. I had been to four other dealerships recently who had what I wanted, but were not the least bit willing to work with me, and frankly I was dissapointed. From the first few minutes I was there Mr. Fischer introduced himself, asked me how he could help me find what I wanted, and showed me several different vehicles. He questioned me about how I traveled, where I traveled, and how frequently. He asked if I wanted a new or used vehicle. He asked if I had preferences on style, color, and features. He asked how much I was expecting to spend. WOW....ALL that and all in the first 20 minutes!!! I told him I wanted a Tiguan, and I wanted to spend $20,000.00 or less. HE SMILED. Take note: HE DID NOT LAUGH as the OTHER dealers had. He said come with me. We went inside. I met every single person who worked in that dealership INCLUDING the OWNERS. They came and introduced themselves and asked if I would like some coffee or water or a soda. Was there ANYTHING I needed?? I was amazed. Never have I been treated like a guest at a dealership. Long story short? I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I got a beautiful 2009 Tiguan (lease vehicle) with 17,750 miles. (almost new) and I got my sun roof. I met some amazing professionals who love where they work and love what they do. I will never buy anywhere else. THIS IS MY SECOND VW AND I WILL NEVER DRIVE ANYTHING BUT A VW. More
