On November 20th, 2024, I have leased a new VW Taos S in 2022, which was not a pleasant experience. This is rating of sales advisor Mr. Robert Perry. On November 20th, 2024, I have leased a new VW Taos SE. Mr. Perry was a salesman assisting me during the entire process. They allowed me to drive in a used vehicle while it took almost two weeks to correct the minor issues. Everyone was super friendly and easy to do business with. This is my 3rd Volkswagen with this dealership. More

Don't go here! The sales team took advantage of the fact that my husband and I were there with our 6 month old daughter and kept us for 3 hours signing a contract. The sales team took advantage of the fact that my husband and I were there with our 6 month old daughter and kept us for 3 hours signing a contract. My husband had gone the day before to pick out the vehicle start the preapproval process so it was supposed to a simple process. They waited until my daughter was getting uncomfortable and continued to distract us with stories. By the time they brought up the contract we were ready to get our daughter home so we quickly signed through everything, thinking that everything the sales team conveyed was true. Once we got home we reviewed the contract to find they had added $10,000 in warranty to our loan. We had to call and go back to the dealer several times to get this resolved as they continued to mislead us about how they were taking care of reversing the charges. In the mean time we had to pay interest on the $10,000, for which we were not refunded. Needless to say, dot your i's and cross your t's because this dealer cannot be trusted! More
