Johnathan was very welcoming and friendly, and they were more than happy to see that I was using a coupon they sent in the mail for a discount on the oil change. The staff there seems friendly and we had good chats. The oil change itself went well and they topped off all the fluids for me along with a very thorough car wash with no extra charges. Not bad for a quick oil change. I went in on a Friday afternoon and didn't even have to wait. A good experience for my first visit! More
Don't Walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, BATE & SWITCH What a bunch of dishonest, immoral theives. I called them and asked specifically what the charge would be to drop ship a new car to my daughter in TX. What a bunch of dishonest, immoral theives. I called them and asked specifically what the charge would be to drop ship a new car to my daughter in TX. The girl who claimed she was in new car sales, "Shantel" (sp) told me there would be " NO ADDITIONAL COST" to drop ship to the Texas dealer. I asked her to to ask the manager. She put me on hold and spoke to the sales manager, Ruben. Ruben confirmed "No additional cost to drop ship a new car to Texas". I then drove down to Pompano from Coconut Creek, approximately 45 minutes with traffic. They knew I was coming and the salesman Ed, greeted me as the "Texas deal". I worked out the deal with him and all said in done, we were $25.00 per month apart. I was not happy with the price as I had already been quoted a better deal from Gunther VW. But Gunther would not ship to Texas. I told them to make the deal they would have to match the price of $200.00 all inclusive, no money down. They would not, so I walked out. Before getting in my car, I thought, what the xxxx, I'll ask them their price if I was to pick-up the car at their dealership? They said they would do the deal at $200.00 if I picked it up at their store. I said to the sales manager, Rubin that I was told that there would be no additional charge to drop ship to Texas, but when I ask the price to pick- up on site, the price went down $25.00 per month. Obviously you are charging for the drop ship. Now LISTEN TO THIS... Ruben says to me that "the tow truck charges $850.00 to ship the car to Texas, but I wouldn't be responsible for this". I said what are you talking about? The price is $25.00 a month more to drop ship. He says yes, but you won't write the check to the towing company, the dealership will. I said your talking out of both sides of your mouth. If I'm not responsible for it, Why is the payment $25.00 more per month .???? They didn't have an answer other than, I didn't understand. I then got the general manager involved. He was just as stupid, or dishonest as the sales manager. Same xx from him. Trying to tell me that I didn't understand. It was pretty xxxx simple. They told me what I wanted to hear when I was on the phone, then once I arrived at the dealership it all changed. they went back on their word, and bold faced lied about it. NO INTEGRITY, BAIT & SWITCH. Apparently they don't sell enough units to compete with Gunther, so they play these games. I will make sure that I tell as many people about this as possible. They are truly xxxxxxxx, avoid them at all costs. I HAVE ONLY GIVEN THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE. ZERO WASNT AN OPTION,!!! BTW, I did end up purchasing the car I wanted, at my price, over the phone, within an hour of leaving that poor excuse for a dealership. no lies, no xx, NO VISTA VW! Truly the source of the word "STEALERSHIP" More

He made my experience stress free, and surprisingly very pleasant, being it was Memorial Day weekend and we'd all rather be in the pool. Khalid went above and beyond to accommodate me, my husband and our 12 yr old. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I am recommending him to all my friends and family. Your entire team at Vista VW Pompano rocked it out! You can guarantee you'll see us again. Thank you, Mrs. Michele Reeves More

The customer service in sales and service are outstanding. They go above and beyond. The sales department provides you with excellent customer service and no need to worry about being paying extra extra. ( you know what I mean) I am in love with volkswagen cars. A GTI saved my life last year. The best service and car for the money. 10 stars. More

When we purchased the car, they said the first oil change was free of charge. Brought the car in when it reached 30,000 miles and they said it was not necessary at that time for it to be done because we had recently purchased it and all work had been done. We brought it back in today, and the service department said it could not honor the free oil change. Then we went to the salesman who had sold us the car and explained the issue, and he said he didn't know why they couldn't honor it. The salesman and service person went to the manager and he refused to honor it as well. The message that was relayed to us was "no, they would not honor their word". Frustrated, my husband went in to see why they were refusing, and he was stonewalled from the very start. All the manager kept saying was we are not doing it and if it was not in writing it would not be done. My husband was upset and the finance manager got involved in the conversation that had nothing to do with him and told my husband you're raising your voice and to "get out". We were about to purchase either a CC or a demo car that was in the showroom and told them that they had lost their sale. They said "good for you" and we left. We will never do business with Vista again. They do not know how to handle a customer who is getting poor service. Vista reinforced the used car salesman perception of talking fast and not delivering. More
Potential Customer Experience Last Friday, May 11th, I contacted Vista VW- Pompano Beach highly interested in a '15 VW used GTI. I advised the Sales Rep that I had finance approve Last Friday, May 11th, I contacted Vista VW- Pompano Beach highly interested in a '15 VW used GTI. I advised the Sales Rep that I had finance approved, and was ready to close the deal if my desired price was met, but after a few phone calls with him and his Mgr. we could not agreed on the price. Later that day, I decided to go to the dealer. At first things were OK, but after some back and forth negotiation we still couldn't get to my target price, then the situation got worse. The salesman told me at one point to let him go as we were not getting anywhere, then a rude claim for which I claimed with due respect, I was disrespected. Then he leaved. I was about to leave when another employee came to apologize for the situation, and ask if there was something he could do to overcome it. Despite the terrible way I was treated, I was able to overcome the situation if he could get to my desired price, but he didn't, (only a $1K gap). After I left the dealer the Salesman called to apologize for the situation. I understand a business needs profitability, and if the price does not work you can call it a day. Also I can understand the pressure Sales Executives and Managers have to reach VW goals, however that's not a reason to be disrespectful to a person, even more if that person has been respectful all the time. Thanks, but no thanks. More
