John was a great salesman just felt that the dealership didn’t communicate well with others. Final signing of paperwork wasn’t done well this took to long. They kept saying they were needing another signat didn’t communicate well with others. Final signing of paperwork wasn’t done well this took to long. They kept saying they were needing another signature. Had to come back in to sign more papers. When arrived I found out they had incorrect email which mind you I live in Miami. I just could not pull the plug to make the switch of the brand so I ended up buying a BMW again. Maybe next time I can pull the plug and make the change. More
