My salesman, John, was fantastic. However, everything AFTER the sale was a disaster. From the finance department NOT communicating clearly about expectations, paperwork needed, how However, everything AFTER the sale was a disaster. From the finance department NOT communicating clearly about expectations, paperwork needed, how to move money, to NOT being put in detail department quickly so I could FINALLY get delivery, sales manager dropped the ball, finance manager had a total attitude and GM never called me back after the first series of dropped xxxxx. Then 5 days (and 3 trips to the dealer to complete the process) AFTER I get delivery, the dealership called me on a holiday weekend demanding additional paperwork, that was NEVER requested. I will NEVER buy from this dealership and group of finance and management "professionals" again. More
