We bought our 2021 VW out from the lease. We paid for the certification of the vehicle. After returning the following day we noticed that the back hatch was stuck and the car was dirty after We paid for the certification of the vehicle. After returning the following day we noticed that the back hatch was stuck and the car was dirty after being charged for a car wash. We had to leave the car again and after another day, they finally fixed the issue. My issue is, if there was a certification done on the car why didn't they even try to open up all the doors and check everything?The money we were charged was substantial and I would have expected more for $1500 certification. In the end, the car was still dirty, the issue was fixed, and everyone was nice, but for the experience it was not worth it. Kind Regards, Lysa Buckner More
