What a great car buying experience! They had the car I wanted in stock exactly the way I wanted it. Then they made me the right deal on my trade and got me the lease payment I wanted. Robert Perry is a great and honest salesman. The rest of the establishment is rotten. From the moment I walked in, I told them I had an appointment with Mr Perry and they were ignoring me and pa The rest of the establishment is rotten. They eventually had me in an office with a certain Rebecca Hussle who brought in a new sales person and they started off by trying to rip me off for the extended 2 year insurance. I knew it to be just $1500 and they told me it would $1995. I knew at that moment that something was wrong. I reached for my phone and called Mr Perry who managed to find me in the building. He supported me and helped me in closing out the buyout of my car. The finance manager, Anthony, was trying to upsell me on even more extra warranties which I do not need given the very low mileage on my car. When I said no he was extremely annoyed. When I was trying to read and understand the documents I was signing he was impatient and irritated. I asked him for proof of my extended 2 year warranty and it was a whole saga. Mr Robert Perry went and asked for it and I waited for another hour. By then I had been at the dealership for 4 hours and I left with the promise that it would be sent to me. It’s 4 days later and I still have not had the order I asked for. When I initially went to this establishment looking to purchase a car they were amazing. Apparently they changed ownership in January 2024 and they are now owned by a company called MORGAN. Most of the other sales staff that was there has all left. They are now nickle and diming you and don’t value service. They even charge you 3% to pay with a credit card which was never the case with the old ownership. This has been a huge decline is service and I won’t be back here unless Mr Perry still works here. More
