I am so pleased with our recent experience here. We have bought vehicles before from other car dealers in the past that make me dread the process. However our experience here was wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised at how great of service we received. We were never pressured into anything and felt the staff truly listened to our wants and needs in a new vehicle. I would 100% recommend to anyone! More
I have a dealership near me in NY and am so glad I drove to Pittsfield to get my car with Sal! He knew I was coming after work and asked for some information ahead of time. I don't know what is going on over at Flynn. Was in the market for an Audi last year and it was like pulling teeth to get someone from the sales team to call me back. Had to complaint to the manager and eventually went with another dealership. Now I'm looking to serve the car and give them my business for maintenance and couldn't get a call back again. Called the switchboard and they sent me back to the voice mail for the Service Department (who didn't call back the last time I called). Would prefer to be more local but moving on to another dealership again. More
We were out of town and our key battery was dying . The parts department was closed on Saturday. But the sales department at Flynn Audi came thru and was able to fix it for us. Flynn Audi has lost our trust in their service area. We have been doing business with them for three years and we had felt like we were getting a fair deal. I am from out of town, and during my travels my Audi started leaking coolant. I called the service dept and asked if they could get me right in cause it was necessary I returned back home the following started leaking coolant. I called the service dept and asked if they could get me right in cause it was necessary I returned back home the following night. They told me to drop it off and they would get to it first thing in the morning. By lunch time they called me and said they were replacing my water pump and it would be done by 3:30. I picked up my car at 5 and was on my way back to eastern mass. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the speed in which they were able to fit me in. Friendly service from individual who scheduled service, but technicians diagnosed my car with a fault code and then added other ‘contributing items’ to rack up a bill of $3,000. Took the car to another VW but technicians diagnosed my car with a fault code and then added other ‘contributing items’ to rack up a bill of $3,000. Took the car to another VW dealer and the required critical items and caution items totaled only $323.00. Whether it was lack of knowledge from the technician or a scheme to charge what they think they could get away with does not matter! The bottom line is that this is not a business that conveys customer service and I will never recommend the dealership to anyone or return to the place of business! More
