Matt saved me big time. I went to a tire shop for a tire patch, and they told me that I need new tires. But, I had got new tires here at Volkswagen Panama City almost a yea I went to a tire shop for a tire patch, and they told me that I need new tires. But, I had got new tires here at Volkswagen Panama City almost a year ago, so I thought it was too soon. So I called VW PC and Matt told me he will check it out for me right away, so I drove over and it turned out my tires were still had a lot of time in them. Then Matt made an appointment to get the tire fixed. VW PC has always been honest with me while other places have tried to scam me. Matt has helped me over and over to get the best for my vehicle. I will no longer go to a tire shop not even for a patch. I will be taking the extra drive back to VW PC so I can be sure I get good honest service. I will be back here to my buy my next vehicle too! From the first greeting to the last handshake everyone was professional, friendly, and on top of my service needs. The service was excellent, complete, and reviewed well with me.
