My husband and I were on vacation and getting ready to leave for home, my car battery was dead and I could not open the hood due to the release cable being broken(without my knowledge). While I understood that they were probably not able to get my car problem handled that day he assured me that they would do whatever they could to get it done as quickly as possible and that they did.
